Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per company requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost efficiency.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, accounts, operations) for vendor-related tasks.
- Resolve vendor issues, disputes, and delays effectively.
- Ensure all vendor documentation, agreements, and compliance records are up-to-date.
- Analyze vendor data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Conduct regular market research to identify reliable suppliers.
- Support purchase planning and inventory management activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of vendor evaluation and sourcing.
- Skilled in MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and work under deadlines.
- Problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualities:
- Result-oriented and proactive.
- Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
- Good understanding of market trends and pricing.
