Vendor Management Manager, Clinical / Pharma / Biotech

We partner with best-in-class vendors to conduct clinical studies, manufacture materials, manage logistics, labs, digital health, and more. We’re seeking a Vendor Management Manager to own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle and ensure high performance, regulatory compliance, and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee vendor qualification, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding in a regulated environment (CROs, labs, eCOA/ePRO, imaging, etc.)
• Lead RFPs, negotiate contracts/SOWs, manage budgets and commercial terms
• Establish and track KPIs for vendor performance (timelines, quality, cost)
• Perform risk assessments (regulatory, financial, data/privacy), manage mitigation plans
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, QA, Regulatory, Procurement, Finance
• Support vendor audits, corrective actions, continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Life Science, Business, Supply Chain or related)
• 5-7+ years’ experience managing vendors in pharma/biotech/clinical research
• Proficiency with contracting, vendor oversight, performance management
• Knowledge of GCP / GMP / ISO regulations and vendor risk frameworks
• Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management skills

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
