Vendor/Supplier Manager – Be the Connector Who Makes It All Happen!

We’re looking for a Vendor/Supplier Manager who’s equal parts relationship-builder, problem-solver, and deal-maker. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face (and sharp brain) behind our network of subcontractors and suppliers—making sure we’ve always got the best people, the best pricing, and the best partnerships in place. What You’ll Do (and Love)

  • Find the Best of the Best: Scout, evaluate, and onboard amazing subcontractors and suppliers who help us shine.
  • Build Lasting Partnerships: Keep strong, positive relationships going with a diverse vendor base. You’ll be their go-to person.
  • Keep Things Organized: Manage all the important details in NetSuite—contracts, insurance, compliance records—like a pro.
  • Negotiate Like a Boss: Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms while making sure we never sacrifice quality.
  • Keep Everyone Honest: Monitor performance, set clear KPIs, and make sure vendors stay compliant with safety and certification standards.
  • Spot Opportunities: Look for ways to improve our processes, cut costs, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Be the Problem-Solver: Jump in to smooth out issues and resolve conflicts quickly (and fairly!).

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Supply Chain, or similar.
  • 3+ years in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain (service industry experience = extra brownie points ).
  • A natural negotiator with strong contract and compliance know-how.
  • Sharp with data, ERP tools (bonus if you know NetSuite), and vendor scorecards.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with top-notch communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
