Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Management Professional to support our Purchase Department in vendor management, inventory monitoring, and procurement coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling basic documentation, negotiation, handle delivery schedule and monitor inventory stocks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Matrix

a. Identify available vendors and evaluating their pricing, delivery, and support services to select the most suitable partner.

2. Negotiation with Vendors

a. Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with vendors while ensuring quality standards are maintained.

3. Vendor Coordination:

a. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and vendors for day-to-day operations.

b. Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions.

4. Stock Management

a. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability

5. Vendor Compliance Checks

a. Verify certifications, licenses, and quality adherence of all vendors during procurement, maintaining accurate compliance records.

Key Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets (data entry, formatting, filtering, lookup Function

2. Strong email writing and negotiation skills

3. Familiarity with calendar management tools (Google Calendar)

4. Understanding of purchase and inventory processes

5. Detail-oriented, with strong coordination and follow-up skills

6. Proficiency in Google Sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
