What you’ll do

• Conduct comprehensive market scans to identify high-value vendors.
• Implement structured selection frameworks ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and operational suitability.
• Lead cross-functional onboarding with SCM, Legal, Treasury, Taxation, and Cyber Security.
• Build and sustain long-term partnerships with existing and new vendors.
• Establish and enforce vendor governance models, SLAs, and performance scorecards.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee fulfillment of Sales Channel requests through external partners.
• Drive accurate stock forecasting and supply-demand planning.
• Lead commercial negotiations to optimize budget utilization.
• Review and validate vendor invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
• Initiate partnerships with banking and fintech sectors.

• Monetize company assets and capabilities.

• Identify new commercial models to expand revenue portfolio
