We are seeking a Dynamic and highly organized Vendor Manager to help scale our India operations. This role is critical to our e-commerce business and involves sourcing products, building strong vendor partnerships, managing wholesale accounts, and driving sales across platforms like Amazon India, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and others.

Key Responsibilities

1. Wholesale & Brand Partnerships

  • Identify and establish relationships with top brands and wholesalers across India
  • Open and manage wholesale accounts with manufacturers, distributors, and brand owners
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply timelines

2. Marketplace Operations

  • Source profitable products for Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other marketplaces
  • Analyse pricing, competition, and sales trends to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Optimize listings and maintain healthy stock levels

3. Purchase & Inventory Management

  • Serve as the Purchase Manager: plan, track, and execute procurement
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Maintain inventory records and manage reorder points effectively

4. Sales & Profitability

  • Contribute to revenue growth by identifying high-margin opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance and work towards maximizing profitability

5. Vendor Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers
  • Monitor vendor performance and manage agreements or disputes as needed

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure proper collection and documentation of invoices, GST, and regulatory paperwork
  • Work with internal finance and logistics teams to streamline processes

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, e-commerce, or supply chain
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Zepto/Blinkit partner portals
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of wholesale procurement, product research, and pricing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Private Label, Wholesale, Retail Arbitrage, Online Arbitrage, brand growth on Amazon/Flipkart
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Established network of vendor and wholesale contacts in India must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
