Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overarching Keep The Lights On (KTLO) vendorization strategy for the HR application portfolio, ensuring operational excellence through the establishment of key performance indicators for uptime and incident response.
• Serve for strategic HR technology vendors and ensure alignment on delivery Service Level Objectives (SLOs), security, release schedules, and long-term technical roadmaps.
• Partner with finance and procurement to provide technical oversight on vendor agreements, license utilization, and service consumption, ensuring optimal value and technical alignment.
• Lead response to major system incidents within the KTLO portfolio, acting as an escalation point. Drive the post-incident review (PIR) process and own the resulting problem management road-map to ensure permanent fixes.
• Provide regular updates on KTLO program status, vendor performance, and risks to all stakeholders. Lead change management efforts related to KTLO program within the engineering teams.
