Job Title: Veneer Foreman

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Supervisor / Foreman Level (5–8+ years preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Veneer Foreman to oversee all veneer-related production activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of veneer materials, cutting, pressing, matching, and finishing processes, along with proven supervisory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily veneer production operations.

- Oversee veneer selection, cutting, splicing, book-matching, and lay-up processes.

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of veneer sheets.

- Coordinate with production managers and carpentry teams.

- Monitor machine operators involved in slicing, pressing, trimming, and sanding.

- Inspect materials and finished products for quality.

- Train workers on best practices and safety procedures.

- Maintain inventory of veneer stock and consumables.

- Troubleshoot production issues.

- Implement workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

- 5–8 years of veneer production or woodworking experience.

- Supervisory or foreman-level background.

- Knowledge of veneer types and production processes.

- Ability to read technical drawings.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with safety and quality procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

- UAE or GCC Furniture Factory experience.

- Knowledge of veneer machinery.

- Attention to detail.

- Furniture tools, machinery and working in a factory/warehouse knowledge must

The location for this profile is Dubai but in between you may have to travel to Kezad in Abu Dhabi. We have shuttle buses at no cost from different places in Dubai and you can access the same if you don't have an automobile of your own
