Vent Trach Nurse

Available Schedules:

• Full-Time

• Part-Time

• PRN (As Needed)

Incentives & Compensation:

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPNs

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time LPNs

• $2.00 Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts

• Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles at a higher rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs

• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation

• Lead and guide CNA staff

• Promote resident safety and comfort

• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

• Opportunity to receive ventilator and trach training/certification (facility-covered)

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN License in Wisconsin

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for caring for the aging population

• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
