You understand that this role is equal parts hospitality and security; you’re the first and last impression guests have of our venues, and you take that seriously. You can read a crowd, de-escalate a situation before it starts, and do it all while making guests feel welcomed and respected. You thrive in high-energy, late-night environments, and you bring consistency and professionalism every shift, whether it’s a quiet Friday or a packed Saturday. You are collaborative, humble, and clear-eyed: no egos allowed.

The Venue Operations Host is the frontline guardian of the guest experience at XR and Percheron, Crossroads Hotel’s high-volume restaurant and bar outlets. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment at the door and throughout the venue; managing entry; monitoring guest behavior; enforcing capacity and ID compliance; and supporting a seamless flow of service.

While XR and Percheron are the primary assignments, this role may also be called upon to support Lazia, Guest Services, Valet, or other areas of the hotel as business needs require. This is not a stationary post; you will be actively present, visible, and engaged throughout your shift. Standard hours are Friday & Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, though scheduling may vary based on events and operational needs.
