Venue Technology Manager

Lead the deployment and operation of venue technology solutions across sports facilities, ensuring readiness and seamless delivery for international sporting events. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, vendor management, and day-to-day ICT/AV/ELV operations in stadiums and venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of venue technology projects from concept to delivery, including RFPs, vendor coordination, and contract compliance.

• Oversee event-time ICT, AV/ELV, broadcasting, IPTV, access control, CCTV, and sound systems.

• Ensure technology readiness across venues, including testing, commissioning, and live support during events.

• Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with event organizers, and manage external vendors.

• Provide regular project and operational updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT, 7+ years in venue/stadium technology roles, with 4+ years sports experience.

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.

• PMP/Prince2 certification (mandatory).

• Strong background in ICT/AV/ELV systems, smart stadium solutions, and project management.

• Bilingual – Arabic speaking preferred.
