Verification Specialist

Looking for a flexible schedule to meet your needs? Justifacts is looking to hire talented individuals to join our Verification’s Team. Verification Specialists help companies avoid dishonest and unreliable hires by placing outbound calls for the purpose of confirming degrees, verifying employment, and interviewing professional references. This position is located in our Murrysville, PA location. Hybrid work from home opportunities are available after successful completion of probationary period (typically 90 days)

Position responsibilities include:

• Contacting employers and educational institutions to verify their information as a part of their pre-employment screening process
• Interviewing former supervisors and references over the phone
• Clearly documenting information obtained in our proprietary on-line system
• Using friendly and professional interviewing skills to uncover information about a person’s work experience and skill set

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of computers and ability to process data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and with good judgment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• High school diploma required/ college experience preferred

Pay: $15.00 per hour
