• Handle Outbound calls with US customers, addressing inquiries, checking Eligibility Criteria, and providing product/service support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed in systems. Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and call center performance metrics..
