We are hiring Call Center Verifiers for medicare and ACA to join our call center team. This role focuses on verifying customer information, confirming eligibility for ACA and Medicare programs, and ensuring data accuracy before transferring qualified leads to the next stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to verify customer details related to ACA and Medicare plans.
- Confirm customer eligibility for Medicare (Part A, B, C, D) and ACA Marketplace programs.
- Accurately validate personal information including age, income, residency, coverage status, and enrollment periods.
- Ensure all collected data is complete, accurate, and compliant with CMS and HIPAA regulations.
- Follow scripted verification processes while maintaining a professional and courteous call flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
