Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Verifier for our MVA Campaign. The ideal candidate will ensure that customer information is accurate and verified while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to verify personal and campaign-related information.
• Validate the authenticity of documents and customer-provided details.
• Accurately record verified information in the system/CRM.
• Report any discrepancies or fraudulent information to the supervisor.
• Ensure 100% compliance with campaign policies and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
• Achieve daily and weekly verification targets.
• Handle customer interactions professionally with strong English communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in verification, call center, or related roles.
• Excellent communication skills with strong fluency in English.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data verification.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
