Job Summary:
The Customer Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, driving sales, and delivering high-quality service. The role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven approach, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-oriented call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets on Home improvement campaign.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Handle objections effectively and close sales
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow call scripts, SOPs, and quality assurance standards
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of call center experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
