Shift: Monday – Friday (Night Shift)

About the Role

Leads Expert BPO is looking for confident, energetic, and detail-oriented professionals to join our Medicare Campaign as Call Center Verifiers. In this role, you will verify customer information, ensure accuracy in every interaction, and contribute to delivering a seamless customer experience. If you are motivated, communicative, and ready to grow in a fast-paced sales and service environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify customer details.
• Listen attentively and identify customer needs accurately.
• Record and maintain complete and precise information in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products and services when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare/ACA experience preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
• Must be 18 years or older.
