Position: Verifier Medicare – Night Shift

About the Role

Leads Expert BPO is hiring confident and energetic individuals to join our team as Call Center Verifiers for our Medicare campaign. As a Verifier, you’ll be the first point of contact with clients—making outbound calls, verifying customer details, and ensuring a professional and compliant customer experience. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about communication, this is the perfect opportunity to grow in the customer service and sales industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to verify customer information.
• Listen actively, identify customer needs, and respond accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products and services when suitable.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center (Medicare / ACA experience preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Age: 18 years or older.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, customer-oriented attitude with rapport-building ability.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency.
