Position: Verifier Medicare – Night Shift
Salary: Starting from PKR 60,000/-

About the Role

MB Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident and energetic individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Verifiers for our Medicare campaign. As the first point of contact, you will make outbound calls, verify customer details, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound verification calls to customers.
• Listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide accurate responses.
• Maintain detailed and precise records in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products/services when appropriate.
• Deliver a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare / ACA preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Age: 18 years or older.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional attitude with strong rapport-building skills.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry knowledge.
