Position: Call Center Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – Night Shift

About the Role

Leads Expert BPO is looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our growing team as Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs). As a CSR, you’ll connect with potential customers through outbound calls, answer their questions, and offer tailored solutions. This role is perfect for freshers eager to build a rewarding career in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely responses.
• Record customer information and call outcomes in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products/services when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-friendly approach on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry proficiency.
