Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
• Actively listen and respond with accurate, timely information.
• Record customer details and interactions in the system.
• Upsell or recommend products/services where suitable.
• Deliver friendly yet professional communication that builds trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Age: 18 years or older.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Good listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency.
