Sales Officer

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Sales Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have solid knowledge of the local market, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to proactively identify and close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
• Conduct client meetings, present company products/services, and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within construction/furniture/interior industry
• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and offices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
