This is a commission-based, performance-driven role. Your success is measured by your ability to connect, convert, and consistently deliver value.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Initiate customer interactions in residential or retail settings to promote Verizon Fios
  • Present service plans, bundles, and promotions with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Guide customers through the sign-up process and answer product-related questions
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay informed on Verizon Fios updates, pricing changes, and service expansions
  • Collaborate with team members to share strategies and improve performance
  • Uphold brand standards and represent North Jersey Business Group professionally

Your Must-Haves

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Sales experience (telecom, retail, or direct preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with internet and cable services
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation for field-based sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
