Vet Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor.

* Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.

* Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting payment and issuing invoices.

* Maintain client and pet records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the clinic's database.

* Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

* Provide clients with detailed information about services, treatments, and medication.

* Manage appointment schedules for multiple veterinarians.

* Handle and direct emergency cases as needed.

* Assist the veterinary team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Can speak both English and Arabic

* Preferably living in International City or willing to commute.

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in veterinary office management is a plus.

* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

* A passion for animals and empathy for pet owners.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems.

* Ability to handle sensitive or emotional situations with care and professionalism.

* Experience with scheduling software or medical record systems is a plus.
