We are seeking a full-time client service representative.
Position Overview:

Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, be a team player, have excellent telephone and in-person communication skills, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.

They must have compassion for animals and their owners and understand the stress that patients and clients endure.

Preferred knowledge of veterinary medicine such as basic diseases, medications and treatments, and preventative care recommendations.

The position entails basic receptionist duties such as answering phones, filing, making appointments (Avimark software), check-in and check-out procedures, and great customer service but is not limited to these functions.
