Join Our Team as a Veterinary Receptionist!

We're a privately-owned veterinary hospital in beautiful Kitsap County, looking for a fun, compassionate individual with top-notch customer service skills to join our energetic crew. As the first and last impression of our hospital, the receptionist role is vital.

What You'll Do:

• Greet clients and their pets warmly
• Schedule appointments and manage our calendar
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain accurate client records
• Handle payments and invoices
• Support with filing, data entry, and other tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Veterinary clinic or animal-related experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computer systems, ideally veterinary software
• Comfortable with animal handling and clinic cleanliness
