This is a full-time, on-site Veterinary Receptionist role at Fur Ever Friends Veterinary Clinic, located in South Pasadena, FL. The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for front desk operations, such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and addressing client inquiries. Additional responsibilities include client education regarding preventative care and services, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in ensuring excellent care for patients and their owners.

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette to manage client communications effectively
• Strong Communication skills and ability to provide excellent Client Education on veterinary procedures and pet care
• Experience or interest in Animal Care to support the well-being of pets and ensure compassionate service for clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing records and follow-up tasks
• Familiarity with veterinary software systems is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred
