Experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Client Services Associate

Veterinary Client Services is more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. It requires strong communication, attention to detail, compassion, and the ability to help clients feel supported during routine visits and stressful situations.

Creekside Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced Veterinary Client Services Associate to join our six-doctor small animal practice in Norton, Ohio.

As a Creekside Client Services Associate, you will work closely with the doctors, technicians, and assistents throughout the day while creating a welcoming, supportive, and positive experience for our clients and patients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and patients professionally and compassionately
• Managing phone calls and client communications
• Scheduling appointments and supporting daily clinic flow
• Checking patients in and out and processing payments
• Communicating with pharmacies and referral hospital
• Working closely with the medical team throughout the day

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
