VFX COMPOSITOR

We’re Hiring: Anime Compositor (Full-Time | Onsite)
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 2

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Anime Compositor to join our production team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for cinematic lighting, color mood, and atmospheric effects, with a passion for anime-style visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Lighting & Enhancement

• Adjust and refine scene lighting
• Add highlights and rim light
• Simulate natural sunlight direction
• Create glow effects, light bloom, and light shafts (“god rays”)

Color & Mood

• Apply professional color grading
• Shift blue tones for night scenes
• Add warm orange/yellow tones for sunrise scenes
• Adjust contrast, brightness, and overall color balance
• Deepen shadows for night scenes
• Soften and warm shadows for morning/sunset scenes

Atmosphere & Effects

• Add fog, mist, and haze
• Integrate particles such as dust and fireflies
• Enhance depth and cinematic feel

Requirements

• Experience in anime-style compositing
• Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, and color theory
• Proficiency in After Effects, Nuke, Blender, or similar compositing software
• Ability to work full-time onsite
