Position Overview:

Vice CEO will be working closely with the CEO to lead strategic, operational and financial performance across all business units of the construction company. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and deep expertise in construction management to ensure the company achieves its growth, profitability, and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities.

Corporate with the CEO in defining and executing the company’s long-term vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Oversee business planning, project expansion, and diversification strategies in alignment with market opportunities.

Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring robust plans for sustainable growth.

Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and resource allocation.

Support investment decisions and oversee negotiations with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Develop succession planning and talent retention strategies to strengthen organizational capability.

Represent the company in external engagements with clients, government authorities, investors, and industry associations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Master’s in construction management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in the construction industry, including large-scale project execution and corporate management.

PMP, PMI or related certification Required
