We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President – Accounts & Finance to lead our global finance and accounts function, ensuring strong financial governance, operational efficiency, and strategic support for the company’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, compliance, and financial planning, with proven leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall finance and accounts function, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance.
- Direct the preparation of financial statements, reports, forecasts, budgets, and analyses to support decision-making.
- Ensure financial control, regulatory compliance, and timely closure of statutory audits across global jurisdictions.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to corporate governance standards.
- Support capital allocation, investment planning, and cost optimization initiatives to improve financial performance.
- Provide strategic inputs to senior leadership on financial risk management, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with auditors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance & accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- CA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications highly desirable.
- At least 12–15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounts, and compliance leadership, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
- Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting, accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, implement systems, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial management systems, ERP tools, and Excel-based financial modelling.
