As a Vice President, Artificial Intelligence on the Technology team, a typical day for you will include:
Enterprise AI Strategy & Vision
  • Build and maintain Neighborly’s enterprise AI vision aligned to business strategy and KKR value-creation priorities
  • Partner with the CIO, CEO, executive leadership, and board to identify where AI will drive the greatest business impact
  • Establish a world-class AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model
  • Lead build / buy / blend decisions and steward Neighborly’s AI architecture and platform strategy
AI Product Delivery & Business Transformation (Execution First)
  • Own the development and operationalization of AI products across the enterprise — evaluating opportunities across all departments and embedding AI into core workflows
  • Define delivery capabilities to engineer, operationalize, and scale AI solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration across enterprise platforms and data ecosystems
  • Drive measurable business outcomes with clear ROI accountability
AI Platform, Engineering & Operating Model
  • Define and run Neighborly’s enterprise AI platform and multi-model orchestration strategy
  • Establish standards for data pipelines, model lifecycle management, evaluation frameworks, and cost governance
  • Optimize performance, reliability, security, and token economics at scale
Governance, Risk & Responsible AI
  • Chair Neighborly’s AI governance program
  • Establish responsible AI policies for privacy, security, explainability, fairness, and compliance
  • Ensure regulatory readiness (TCPA, CCPA, GDPR, emerging AI regulations)
  • Partner with Security, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure trusted AI adoption
Portfolio, Budget & Ecosystem Management
  • Own the enterprise AI portfolio and budget
  • Establish transparent investment governance, ROI tracking, and prioritization
  • Build and manage Neighborly’s internal and external AI ecosystem (vendors, hyperscalers, partners, research institutes)
Enterprise Enablement & Talent
  • Build and lead a world-class AI organization
  • Foster enterprise AI literacy and adoption through enablement and change management
  • Establish a participative operating model that drives cross-functional collaboration
  • Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classification other than their own.

(Required qualifications)
  • Experience:
    • 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience in technology, data, or digital transformation
    • 3+ years leading enterprise AI strategy and delivery
  • Skills:
    • Proven record shipping AI products with measurable business impact
    • Strong business and financial acumen with experience owning multi-million-dollar portfolios
    • Experience building and scaling enterprise platforms
    • Exceptional communication and influence skills
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field; with an emphasis in Analytics/ Machine Learning.
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
