The Vice President will act as a strategic partner and deputy to the CEO, supporting corporate vision, executive decision-making, and organizational alignment. The role focuses on high-level strategy, governance, and performance oversight rather than direct project management.

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the CEO’s strategic advisor and representative when required.
• Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and executive decision-making.
• Oversee company-wide performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
• Provide executive-level insights, risk assessment, and governance support.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven executive leadership experience in large construction organizations.
• Strong background in corporate strategy, organizational leadership, and business transformation.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience providing executive-level support and acting as a deputy to senior leadership (CEO).
