Our client is a leading international Corporate & Investment Bank.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end execution of Corporate Finance transactions including RCFs, term loans, M&A financings, trade finance, derivatives, and structured solutions.
- Prepare high quality credit applications, financial analysis, transaction summary sheets, and client presentations.
- Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis, and sector specific credit assessments.
- Liaise directly with clients to gather financial and business information, negotiate key deal terms, and maintain communication throughout execution.
- Coordinate internal approvals across Credit, Risk, Legal, KYC, DCM, Derivatives, CPD, LCM, Syndications and other product teams.
- Lead LMA/ISDA documentation negotiation with clients and external counsel.
- Represent the execution team in internal committees, clearly articulating deal rationale and risk considerations.
- Ensure all transactions comply with internal governance while maintaining a client-first approach.
Qualifications
- Strong track record leading large Corporate Finance transactions within an international bank.
- Solid foundation in financial modelling, credit analysis, corporate finance theory, and LMA/ISDA documentation.
- Excellent client communication skills, with experience engaging corporates, FIs, NBFIs and ideally SWFs.
- Deep understanding of GCC markets, with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs under tight timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple live transactions with diverse stakeholders.
- Degree qualified (CFA or MBA preferred).
