The Vice President – Customer Proposition & Life Cycle Management will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the customer value proposition and lifecycle management for Affluent and Mass-affluent segments. This includes developing, managing, and setting the strategic direction for these segments, driving innovation, growth, and disruption in customer propositions. The role focuses on active customer growth through effective onboarding, activation, cross-sell strategies, portfolio management, and attrition reduction. This position reports directly to the EVP & Head of Wealth Management & Customer Segments.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative customer value propositions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer propositions and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with frontline teams to understand client needs and deliver enhancements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze segment performance for optimization.
  • Oversee segment P&L and resource allocation.


What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in product management/strategic marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within banking.
  • Proven track record of product innovation and successful market launches.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and regulatory environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive proposition disruption, innovation, and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
