Overview:
The Vice President, Fleet Sales, is responsible for leading the Fleet Sales team to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and ensure a seamless sales process. This role focuses on strategic sales leadership, market expansion, and high-level business development while working closely with the Performance Manager to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team. Additionally, this role requires a strong regional focus, implementing targeted strategies to optimize fleet utilization and maximize revenue within the assigned market.
Responsibilities:
Regional Focus & Strategy:

Develop and execute a tailored Fleet Sales strategy specific to the assigned region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Analyze regional market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly to enhance revenue growth.

Identify new business opportunities within the region to expand market share and strengthen VistaJet’s presence.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, clients, and key stakeholders within the region.
Fleet Focus & Sales Strategy:

Oversee fleet allocation strategies to ensure optimal utilization and revenue generation.

Work closely with Fleet Pricing and Fleet Planning to determine competitive pricing and availability strategies.

Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, implementing corrective actions where necessary to achieve sales and operational objectives.

Ensure sales efforts align with fleet availability and operational feasibility.
Sales Leadership & Strategy:

Build and maintain a global network of brokers and key accounts to maximize market share.

Collaborate with the Fleet Pricing and Fleet Planning teams to ensure full alignment across all global entities.

Partner with the Performance Manager to monitor sales effectiveness and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Client & Market Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Oversee client negotiations and ensure a seamless sales cycle.

Represent VistaJet at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand positioning.
Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with Operations to align fleet availability with sales strategies.

Partner with Marketing to drive regional campaigns and activations.

Engage with the Performance Manager to refine sales processes and training initiatives.
