Vice President - Home Solutions Retail | Saudi Arabia

A leading Saudi retail group specializing in home solutions and lifestyle products, operating through a network of showrooms and a growing e-commerce presence across the Kingdom.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Chief Executive Officer / Vice President is responsible to lead the company's next phase of strategic growth, strengthen profitability, and drive operational excellence across all business units.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic and operational plan.
• Oversee all business functions including retail operations, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
• Lead business transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and digital presence.
• Manage full P&L responsibilities and ensure sustainable financial growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Foster strong partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and key market stakeholders.
• Represent the company to investors, partners, and key industry bodies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or Executive Leadership Program preferred.
• 15–20+ years of total professional experience.
• At least 5 years in a CEO, Vice President, or General Manager role leading large-scale retail or consumer-focused organizations.
• Solid experience managing multi-branch operations within the Kingdom or GCC region.
• Hands-on P&L ownership and financial planning experience.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable business plans.
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and investors.
