Vice President - Human Resource Data Center

We are looking for a seasoned VP - HR to build and lead the people strategy for a rapidly growing data center business.

This is a rare opportunity to create an HR function from the ground up, partnering directly with senior leadership to scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the HR function from scratch for a new business vertical
• Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design
• Partner with leadership to scale operations across multiple geographies
• Lead HR transformation initiatives including HRIS and rewards frameworks
• Build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

Qualifications

• Proven HR leadership experience within data center organizations
• Strong exposure to regional markets (MENA, Europe, UK)
• Demonstrated success in: Building HR functions from zero
• Supporting multi-country expansion
• Background in technology-driven environments (AI, fintech, or similar is a plus)
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the executive level
