Vice President of Clinical Services

Role Overview

The Vice President of Clinical Services serves as the senior clinical leader for ElevateRT. This role exists to strengthen systems, elevate standards, and support operational leaders with clear clinical direction as we grow.

You will partner closely with regional directors and executive leadership to develop and operationalize clinical protocols, improve communication with clients, enhance compliance readiness, standardize training expectations, and implement scalable processes. Your clinical background will directly shape how we operate and how we grow.

We are looking for a confident, thoughtful leader who can assess systems honestly, speak up when something needs to change, and guide teams toward better outcomes while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $150,000 to $200,000 depending on experience

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of expertise in chronic pulmonary disease management, preferably in post-acute or long-term care settings.
  • 2+ years of experience overseeing multi-site clinical operations and/or developing standardized respiratory care protocols in a leadership role.
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
  • Willingness to travel at least once per month.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive change and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading director-level respiratory therapy leaders.
  • Comfortable utilizing technology and applications such as Zoom and Google Drive.
  • Experience working in a scaling organization or expansion-focused healthcare model.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Lead a team of multiple clinical directors and Lead RTs, along with 250+ RTs across 40+ locations in 9 states, to achieve excellent clinical results
  • Provide clinical perspective and guidance to executive team and regional directors
  • Work closely with clients to establish and maintain clinical protocols and standards
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex clinical mattersEstablish consistent expectations across markets

Clinical Strategy and Standardization

  • Strengthen and standardize clinical workflows, documentation expectations, and compliance processes
  • Develop training standards to support expansion

Compliance and Quality

  • Develop and operationalize clinical protocols within regulatory guidelines
  • Identify risk areas early and implement corrective plans
  • Support client survey readiness efforts and internal audit initiatives

Growth Readiness

  • Build systems that support expansion into additional markets in 2026
  • Ensure standards remain strong throughout future expansions
