Location: Remote within Advantage Sport & Fitness sales territory (East Coast) with travel required

Lead Operations at Scale

Lead and scale field operations for one of the largest commercial fitness equipment companies in the country.

At Advantage Sport & Fitness, we design, deliver, install, and service complete fitness environments for universities, multifamily developments, and commercial facilities across the United States. Our Field Operations team is central to delivering that experience.

This role oversees multi-state operations supporting a national client base across higher education, multifamily, and commercial sectors.

What You’ll Own

• Lead field operations across multiple markets, including installation, service, logistics, and warehouse teams

• Drive operational performance, efficiency, and accountability across all markets

• Lead and develop department leaders and regional teams

• Oversee third-party installers, delivery partners, and subcontractors

• Align operations with sales to support and achieve annual revenue goals

• Contribute to budgeting and develop operational and revenue projections

• Scale resources including staffing, fleet, warehouse capacity, and subcontractor networks

• Optimize geographic coverage and technician deployment

• Step in when needed to support operations on the ground, including key activities such as year-end inventory

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading large, multi-functional field operations teams

• Strong background in logistics, service, construction, or a related field

• Ability to manage people, processes, and vendors at scale

• Experience contributing to budgeting and operational planning

• Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level

Location & Travel

Remote within the Advantage Sport & Fitness sales territory. Regular travel required to company locations, job sites, and partner facilities.

Compensation

$156,000 to $195,000 annual salary
