Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, multichannel marketing, and performance marketing. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage a diverse team while developing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Lead multichannel marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Manage advertising sales initiatives, including print advertising and online campaigns through Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Direct budgeting processes for the marketing department to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and vendors, to enhance marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation in marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Vice President or similar position.
- Experience in marketing population health management and value based care management solutions strongly preferred.
- Experience in marketing enterprise software solutions to large health systems is required.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content creation, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in performance marketing with a focus on analytics to drive decision-making processes.
- Excellent research skills combined with strong copywriting abilities to create compelling content for various audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.

Pay: $118,294.56 - $200,000.00 per year
