Objective: Shape and execute the company’s sales strategy to strengthen market position.

3. Sales Team Performance & Development

Objective: Build, lead, and retain a high-performing sales organization.

  • Implement regular training programs resulting in measurable performance uplift.

4. Lead Management & Conversion Optimization

Objective: Increase lead-to-sale efficiency and strengthen the sales funnel.

  • Improve lead response time to .
  • Increase lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion rates.
  • Ensure CRM usage compliance at >95% accuracy.
  • Reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) through smarter channel management.

5. Client Relationships & Customer Experience

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
