Vice President of Sales

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in sales team management.
  • 10+ years within the Aerospace industry, sales and marketing to OEM companies globally.
  • Willing to travel as requested

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced Degree (MBA/Master’s)

The successful candidate will be a commercial architect for the business, translating strategy into measurable growth. This leader will own top-line performance, expand customer partnerships, and position the organization as a preferred aerospace supplier. Success in this role requires a data-driven operator who can influence across functions, drive disciplined execution, and lead a team to consistently exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a global commercial strategy aligned to long-term revenue and EBITDA growth objectives.
  • Drive contract wins, renewals, and expansions while deepening strategic relationships with key aerospace customers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align product, pricing, and cost strategy.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts to identify new opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging technology trends.
  • Champion new product introductions and influence product modifications to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Build and develop a high-performance sales organization focused on accountability, penetration, and profitable growth.
