The company is seeking a commercially astute, hands-on Vice President of Sales to lead its go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for expanding market presence within two of the most demanding verticals: aerospace and medical devices. You will develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap while building and strengthening relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and advanced manufacturers that rely on high-performance plating and surface treatment solutions.
You will also lead a close-knit team of inside sales and customer service professionals, guiding them with clarity, empathy, and a strong performance mindset. From opportunity development and pipeline management to solution-based selling and customer retention, you will be expected to elevate both revenue growth and customer trust.
This is a highly collaborative role, reporting directly to the General Manager, and requires close alignment with operations, quality, and engineering to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
