Vice President Operations

Smith & Wilkinson is proud to partner with Municipal Credit Union (MCU) to lead the search for a newly created Vice President of Operations. Following an internal promotion, this role was established to further integrate Digital Services and Deposit Operations.

For over 100 years, MCU has upheld the credit union promise of “people helping people,” serving more than 600,000 members with affordable financial products and services. As one of New York’s oldest and largest credit unions, MCU remains dedicated to supporting its members and employees alike.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the VP will lead Digital Services (online and mobile banking on the Alkami platform) and Deposit Operations (including digital account opening and products such as IRAs and certificates). The leader will drive platform reliability and member experience, oversee vendor management and roadmaps, and build scalable processes and teams across these functions.
