Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Monroe, GA for a Vice President of Operations. The Vice President of Operations will oversee the overall operational efficiency of the organization, including managing daily business operations, implementing strategic plans, and optimizing productivity. Key responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L), supervising project management tasks, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading strategic planning initiatives to drive business growth. This individual will provide leadership to various teams and ensure alignment with the company's goals and mission.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management for driving efficiency and financial success.
• Planning and Project Management to guide business initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the printing, publishing, or marketing industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
