Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team.

Supplier Management:
Oversee the entire supplier lifecycle, from initial selection and negotiation to ongoing performance monitoring and relationship management. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

Budget & Cost Control:
Manage the procurement budget and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or service levels. This involves negotiating favourable terms with suppliers and implementing best practices to reduce spending.

Policy & Process Development:
Create and enforce procurement policies ensure transparency via strong documentation. Create and strengthen the Procurement function with robust processes. Drive the digital transformation of the procurement function by implementing new technologies and systems.

Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks, develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity, back up vendors where ever feasible.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as finance, legal, Various channels and operations, to ensure that procurement activities support the company's broader goals.
