Vice President - Project Development

Our Client

Our client is a government aligned development entity involved in large scale tourism and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The organisation plays a strategic role in national development initiatives.

The Role

The Vice President will lead project development from feasibility through investment approval and early execution stages. This role will manage master planning, financial modelling, stakeholder alignment, and development strategy. A key focus will be ensuring projects are commercially viable, investor ready, and aligned with national objectives. The VP will work closely with government entities, advisors, and delivery partners. The role will support portfolio level planning and prioritisation.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have senior experience in project development, infrastructure, or large scale real estate environments. Strong exposure to feasibility studies, investment cases, and stakeholder management is essential. Experience working on Saudi mega or giga projects is highly advantageous. The ideal profile demonstrates strategic thinking, commercial rigour, and government facing credibility.
