Position: Vice President – Sales & Distribution

Location: Bengaluru, India

Exatron is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President – Sales & Distribution to lead its nationwide sales and distribution operations. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in IT hardware sales, channel development, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

o Lead and manage the entire sales and distribution network across India.

o Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

o Build, mentor, and manage regional sales teams and distribution partners to achieve business objectives.

o Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors.

o Collaborate with system integrators, channel partners, and CXO-level stakeholders to strengthen market presence.

o Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including opportunity mapping, pricing, proposal alignment, and deal closure.

o Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies.

o Work closely with the CXO leadership team to align sales operations with the company’s long-term goals.

Required Skills & Experience

o Management or Engineering graduate from a recognized institution; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

o 15–20 years of proven experience in sales, distribution management, and team leadership within the IT hardware industry.

o 5–10 years of successful experience selling IT hardware solutions to corporate and government clients, both directly and through partners.

o Strong understanding of channel sales, partner management, and enterprise procurement processes.

o Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management skills.

o Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into execution and deliver sustained revenue growth.

o Well-connected within the partner community and experienced in building relationships at the CXO level.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
