Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution of the thermal power plant project, ensuring timely delivery within
  
  

budget and quality parameters.

• Oversee the commissioning process and ensure seamless handover to the operations team
  
  

upon project completion.

• Manage the optimization of the project, including finalization of plot, design, and balance of
  
  

plant to maximize efficiency and output.

• Implement advanced technological initiatives to improve operational efficiency and value
  
  

generation for the thermal project.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government
  
  

agencies, contractors, and local communities, to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
• Drive adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project
  
  

lifecycle.

• Provide strategic leadership to the project team, fostering a culture of accountability,
  
  

innovation, and excellence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with the broader objectives of
  
  

the Adani Group’s thermal power business.

• Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization to achieve project milestones and
  
  

deliverables.

Qualifications

Proven track record of 25+ years in large-scale thermal power plant project execution and

management.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

• Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration
